First, a point of clarity: Our role as RRR is not to be represented in government, but to activate and endorse independent candidates to represent their communities/groupings in government.
STEP 1:
Introduce the concept and opportunity of independent candidates to the body of Christ (i.e. churches, Christian organisations, youth groups and Christians in general).
STEP 2:
Equip and guide the body of Christ to organise themselves in their communities to participate in good governance without getting involved in party politics.
STEP 3:
Prepare independent candidates and educate voters on how to support them in their effort to get elected. Thereby also setting a high standard for governance in South Africa.
STEP 4:
Help set up Community Forums and Guardian Councils in communities/groupings to identify, screen and nominate independents for public office.
STEP 5:
Endorse and promote independent candidates as righteous rulers and devoted citizens, to be elected for public office in local elections, provincial elections and national elections (Parliament).
STEP 6:
Deepen a culture of devoted citizenship so that the body of Christ collectively take ownership of the RRR-movement and use it as an effective vehicle for implementing good governance in society.
STEP 7:
Enabling Christian groupings/communities to hold candidates accountable once they are in office, and creating a network of righteous rulers (RRR-family) to increase their collective impact in ensuring good governance at all levels.

THE PROCESS FOR GETTING COMMUNITIES IN SA INVOLVED IN GOVERNING THE NATION
STEP 1:
RRR leaders to connect with key leaders/influencers in a community[1] and explain to them the important opportunity before us to establish good governance in South Africa. The value of direct representation and accountability in governance is analysed together, as well as the legal ways to put it into action.
STEP 2:
Leaders of RRR to meet with communities to explain how, through independent candidates as their representatives, they can take their decision-making power back to make the government take up their responsibility of serving their community. We then assist them in setting up a Community Forum.
STEP 3:
The Community Forum, consisting of leaders/influencers nominated by community members then identify and select spiritual leaders they fully trust to serve on the Guardian Council of that community. Potential independent candidates are then asked for, identified, screened and nominated, first by the Community Forum to the Guardian Council, and if approved, to RRR for possible endorsement.
STEP 4:
Communities vote for their independent candidates at the local, provincial and national Elections. When he/she is elected, they can hold him/her accountable for good governance. If the representative’s performance is not good or questionable, they can replace him/her with another one. RRR also receives feedback from the Guardian Council about candidates’ performance, and we help Community Forums to build and entrench a culture of devoted citizenship in that community. Working together with their independent councilor, the people take responsibility of their community and bring lasting change.
